These past couple of days, I’ve been looking into that AI agent auto on-chain setup—it really is convenient. But to be blunt, there are still a few steps I have to cover myself: First is authorization/permissions—once the agent gets excited, it may grant you an effectively unlimited limit, and later your wallet is almost as exposed as “running naked.” Second is routing and slippage—it only calculates along the optimal route; if it runs into thin liquidity pools or gets hit by MEV, things can look pretty ugly. Third is on days like “unlock calendar,” when the whole group is shouting about sell pressure—the agent won’t absorb the emotional swings for you; I have to decide whether to dodge or power through myself.
The group chat lately has been pretty divided too: one side wants fully automatic, one-click sweeping, while the other spends every day reviewing who was authorized and who got exploited… Anyway, that’s where I’m at now: I can let it run, but in the end, I still have to handle the final confirmation step and the authorization relationship graph step myself.
