These days, I've come across a bunch of new narratives again, feeling like my attention is being led around by others, and being a bit slow is actually safer. The easiest thing to get cut in hot rotation isn't the technology, but my own itch: seeing others talk about it makes me want to chase, and after chasing, I realize I'm buying into emotional tailwinds. Now I set a very simple rule for myself: wait until a daily candle closes before making a decision, only buy the next day if I still want to, and if not, just forget it.

Additionally, some regions' tax increases and compliance measures tighten and loosen intermittently. Such news has a big impact on deposit and withdrawal expectations, making the market more prone to volatility. I don't guess the direction either, so I reduce my position size and trading frequency, slow down, review twice, and prefer to miss the excitement rather than become fuel. Anyway, profit and loss magnified are all noise, so don't let the noise command your hand.
