Just reviewed a project's GitHub and audit report, and it feels like checking the weather forecast: it's not about whether it says "sunny," but whether the clouds are thick or not. As a newbie, I'm currently focusing on three main things: whether the code is maintained long-term (not just a few commits a week), whether the audit highlights issues clearly and they are actually fixed later, and whether permission upgrades involve multi-signature + delays, preferably with visible signers or if it's just a bunch of people from the same circle. During airdrop season, these task platforms make anti-witchcraft feel like clocking in at work—more competitive and I just want to slack off more... Anyway, I’d rather earn fewer points than become disposable in a "upgradable contract."
