Beijing Business Daily (Reporters Ma Huanchuan, Li Jiaxue) On the evening of May 11, the official website of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange showed that Nuo Shi Da Te Planetary Transmission System Technology (Zibo) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nuo Shi Da Te”)’s GEM IPO has been accepted for review.
It is reported that Nuo Shi Da Te is a precision planetary gear reducer R&D, production, and services provider, with its main products being precision planetary gear reducers and precision transmission system module.
In this plan to go public, Nuo Shi Da Te intends to raise approximately 823 million yuan. After deducting issuance fees, the funds will be implemented in an orderly manner based on actual business and management needs and market conditions for the construction of the intelligent manufacturing base for an annual production of 1.5 million units of precision planetary gear reducers and precision transmission system modules, the Nuo Shi Da Te digital intelligent central warehouse construction project, and the Nuo Shi Da Te R&D center construction project.
