Does buying U.S. stocks make even fools money?
Answer: Yes, even if you buy through Alipay, it's the same!
Pure fools can indeed make money, but being a little "smart" doesn't necessarily work.
What is a pure fool? I just buy the S&P 500 or the Nasdaq 100, I buy companies like Google, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Coca-Cola, or Alibaba, Tencent.
Or I buy some active U.S. stock funds on Alipay, I don't know anything else, and I don't want to research.
With this approach, even if you know nothing, you probably can still make money, and you might even make a lot.
Because these companies have good business models, and a good business model, even if you buy a bit expensive, it's relatively easier to make money in the long run.
Investing isn't afraid of you being foolish; it's afraid of you being smart.
For example, one day you suddenly realize that a certain stock always drops after earnings reports, then slowly rises again.
You slap your head and think, why didn't I sell before the earnings report and buy after?
Isn't that how you profit from volatility?
Or you start studying macroeconomics, even predicting the future of the tech world, which companies will become the new leaders, the new Apple and Nvidia.
At this point, you're doomed.
