BlackRock submits new tokenized fund application to the SEC, collaborates again with Securitize

Mars Finance News, according to The Defiant, BlackRock has submitted a new tokenized fund registration to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and has once again chosen Securitize to provide the infrastructure support. Previously, BlackRock and Securitize collaborated to launch their first tokenized fund, BUIDL, which was successfully issued in 2024 and now has an asset size of approximately $2.3 billion.
