I find that I can never hold onto spot positions, and my futures are easily liquidated. To be honest, it's not that my judgment is poor, but that my positions are too "rigid": either I go all-in and can't handle the drawdown, or I leverage up hoping to hit it in one shot. Later, I set a personal rule in plain language: first, write down the "worst-case scenario"—how much can I lose on this trade and still sleep? If I can sleep, then go ahead; if I can't, then reduce until I can sleep.
Recently, someone was talking about social mining and fan tokens, something like "attention is mining." It sounds lively, but now I'm more afraid of being led by the noise. My noise reduction strategy is simple: only focus on my own trigger conditions (price/volume/time), and treat everything else as background music—don't let emotions add to my positions. That's it for now.
