Just realized how crazy the timing is if you're trading across markets while in Pakistan. Like, the US market doesn't even open until 7:30 PM PKT – that's when I'm usually wrapping up my day. But if you're serious about catching the US market open, you're looking at late evening here. NYSE closes at 2 AM next day, so yeah, basically overnight trading if you want to follow it live.
Meanwhile Australia kicks off at 5 AM PKT which is brutal for most of us, and Europe opens at 1 PM so that's actually workable. The thing is, most people don't realize how these time zones actually play out until they start trading globally. If you're in Pakistan and want to trade US stocks, you gotta be ready for late night sessions. Just depends on your schedule and which market you're really focused on.
