Recently, I had a chat with a few bosses and discovered a truth: everyone wants to improve efficiency with AI but truly doesn't know how to integrate it with their business 😂.

I feel that around this time next year, the AI industry will create a new position—specifically to help companies implement AI.
Current technologies (like Claude Code and others) are actually sufficient; what’s missing are people who can streamline business processes and make tacit knowledge explicit.
What was said in the video is very accurate: technology accounts for only 30%, the remaining 70% is understanding the business and process optimization.
This role is actually quite similar to a combination of a product manager and an AI steward.
It’s quite insightful, I recommend taking a look 👇.
