Floating losses and being trapped, don't panic! Rational response is the best way to get out

Experiencing floating losses and being trapped in trading is really very normal, it’s never a dead end.

What truly drags people into the abyss is never the floating loss numbers in the account, but the mental breakdown, complete judgment chaos, and finally being pushed by fear and anxiety to make reckless moves: blindly holding on, recklessly cutting losses, gambling on luck to add positions, gradually turning small losses into big entrapments.

Being trapped is precisely an opportunity to pause and review, not a reason to give up. Getting out of a trap never relies on luck or guessing the market, but on clear-headed, rational planning.
