Now I set a rule for myself: when the alarm rings, turn off the candlestick chart first, wait half an hour before checking again, and if I can resist chasing, consider it a win; if I really buy, only use a small portion of my planned position, and if I lose, write it down for review, so I don’t get cut twice by the same hot spot. Anyway, I’m not a calm person, so I just use a dumb method to block FOMO.
