Ten years ago, I was already in debt, with only ten thousand U remaining in my hands, which was one of the few capital I had at the time to improve my situation.

Watching others live stable lives with steady jobs, I felt hopeless and, through a friend's introduction, I entered the cryptocurrency world.
At that time, I heard about short-term high doubling and quick debt relief, and I lacked the ability to distinguish deeply.

I didn't understand the market charts or trend logic, and out of luck, I invested all my funds into following the trend.
A brief period of profit made me relax my risk awareness, but later the market sharply declined, and I suffered significant losses on my principal.

My unwillingness to accept losses led me to keep adding funds, using credit cards, loans, and borrowing from friends and family.
The more I lost, the more I wanted to recover, falling into a vicious cycle.
In just a year, debt kept piling up, I was constantly harassed by collection calls, my relationships became strained, I secluded myself at home, and I felt very lost.

Later, I fully awakened, worked steadily to pay off my debts, and in my free time, I calmly studied market logic, reviewed each mistake, and changed my impatient gambler mentality, controlling my greed.

After years of accumulation and exploration, I gradually understood that there are no shortcuts to getting rich quickly in the crypto world; all profits depend on rules and self-discipline.
Subsequently, I persisted in light trading, properly controlling my positions, strictly following take-profit and stop-loss rules, avoiding chasing rapid gains or stubbornly holding losses, and only trading within my knowledge.

With long-term steady operation, I paid off my debts one by one, and my assets steadily grew.
Now, my life is stable, I own a house and a car, and I am gradually emerging from the trough.

Having been involved in the crypto world for many years, I deeply understand that the market is unpredictable, and human greed far exceeds risk.
There is no such thing as overnight wealth; only by respecting the market, controlling desires, trading with discipline, and rationally viewing ups and downs can one stand firm for the long term.
