【Caixin】 OpenAI further advances its enterprise business. On May 11, local time, OpenAI announced the establishment of OpenAI Deployment Company (hereinafter referred to as “DeployCo”), to help enterprises design, build, test, and deploy AI systems. It is said that the company is controlled by OpenAI and will hold a majority stake; in the initial stage, it will receive more than $4 billion in investment for acquiring and expanding its operational scale.
OpenAI said that DeployCo will send out AI deployment engineers to work with enterprise leadership, operations teams, and front-line employees, identify the AI application scenarios with the greatest value, and restructure the organization’s framework and key workflows around AI—turning these outcomes into enduring systems.
