I've recently been feeling a bit restless again, seeing the market chart rising step by step, and I want to buy more to chase the gains.
As a result, I first pause for two seconds and ask myself: is the push I feel coming from new information, or from the group’s recent "fear of missing out" sentiment?
Especially these past two days, with stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and rumors of de-pegging being circulated, people are sharing and reposting back and forth, causing emotional fluctuations.
Honestly, many times it’s just emotions looking for an outlet.
So I set a rule for myself: as long as I find myself refreshing group messages and getting more anxious the more I look, I won’t place an order first.
I’ll do something else, and wait until my mind cools down before looking again.
If there’s real information, it won’t only last three minutes; if it’s just emotions, they’ll dissipate on their own after a while.
Anyway, I’m not good at chasing trains, so if I’m slow, I’ll be slow.
