I’ve discovered a very interesting phenomenon: many people, when they first enter DeFi, are all about chasing faster.

Faster returns, faster doubling, faster finding opportunities.
But after sticking around for a while, what everyone begins to pursue instead is: more stability, more sustainability, and the ability to execute long-term.
And that’s also how I currently feel about @TermMaxFi.
It’s not like a product that constantly spurs users, but more like a place where people grow slowly.
Some start to learn how to control their pace, some begin to accept long-term cycles, and some start to seriously do strategy reviews for the first time.
These changes are actually very precious because they are not emotions, but genuine growth.
If these user stories are continuously amplified by @3look_io, recorded, remixed, and spread by different creators,
what will ultimately form is a very rare community culture: not encouraging impulsiveness, but encouraging long-termism.
