These days, looking at on-chain data has once again "educated" me: you think you're seeing real-time data, but in many cases, it's just that the RPC you're connected to or the indexer you're using updates slowly... I've also encountered the same transaction showing different times on different websites, which made me doubt myself for a moment.

So when new L1/L2 incentives are released and TVL skyrockets, I now hold back first and don't rush to follow the numbers. It's not without reason that veteran users complain about "mining, selling, and buying," because data delays plus emotional hype are the easiest ways to be tricked into chasing gains or panic selling.

I'm still the same as before: confirm more slowly, check multiple sources, and avoid rushing into investments if you can dollar-cost average. Let's talk again next time.
