Deputy General Manager of Small Commodity City Huang Xiaoying resigns due to job change, Sun Tian takes over
Viewpoint Network News: On May 11, Zhejiang China Small Commodities City Group Co., Ltd. issued an announcement regarding the resignation of its vice general manager and the appointment of a new vice general manager.
According to the announcement, Huang Xiaoying resigned as the company’s vice general manager on May 11, 2026 due to a change in her work assignment. Her original term was set to end on December 18, 2028. The resignation report took effect as of the date it was delivered to the Board of Directors. After resigning, Huang Xiaoying will hold no positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries, and she does not hold any shares of the company.
On the same day, following the qualification review by the Board of Directors’ Nomination Committee, Small Commodities City held the sixth meeting of the 10th session of its Board of Directors, which considered and approved the proposal to appoint Sun Tian as vice general manager.
According to the announcement, Sun Tian was born in March 1982, holds a graduate degree, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. Her work history includes serving as the general manager of Yiwu Comprehensive Bonded Zone Operation Management Co., Ltd., and as the head of the Investment Promotion Bureau’s Third Bureau (Investment Promotion Bureau, Investment Promotion Bureau of the Yiwu Free Trade Development Zone Management Committee). She currently serves as a member of the Party Committee of Small Commodities City and as a member of the Party Committee of Yiwu China Small Commodities City Holding Group Co., Ltd. Sun Tian does not hold any shares in the company and has no relationship with the company’s major shareholders or management, and she meets the requirements for the position.
