Learn a new technical pattern every day. Today, we will discuss SMC Liquidity Vacuum.

【SMC Liquidity Vacuum (Bullish)】A large price gap left by rapid upward movement, where the price quickly passes through this area during a retest and continues to rise.
📐 Pattern structure (Smart Money Concepts):
• Order flow logic: institutions create liquidity pools → sweep the market → reverse their positions
• Accumulation/sweep low points: induce sellers downward to gather liquidity, then reverse upward
• Structural change: ChoCh (Change of Character) confirms a trend reversal
• Current stage: bullish structure, waiting for a pullback to the demand zone to go long

📊 Key identification points:
• Liquidity sweep: price quickly reverses after breaking previous key high/low points
• FVG (Fair Value Gap): price gap left by rapid unilateral movement
• Order Block: the last reverse candlestick marking the institution’s entry zone
• Displacement: rapid large movement confirming institutional intent

⚠️ Trading strategy:
• Entry: confirm structural change, then buy on pullback to OB/FVG zone
• Stop loss: outside the extreme points of liquidity sweep
• Target: opposite side liquidity pool (BSL buy-side liquidity)
• Note: operate only when the trend direction on higher timeframes is aligned
