Is it considered trash work to know the brotherhood position?

Night shift mall security guard, from 8 PM to 8 AM, accommodation provided, meals not included, 4900 yuan, 4 days off per month, no social insurance, wearing suits and leather shoes, a total of 23 team members for day and night shifts.
First month 4500, second month 4900.
Night shift also has to hide from the supervisor, can play on the phone, cannot sleep.
From team leader to young team members, all quite serious, I really can't stand how serious they are about working the night shift.
There are many posts, each with different tasks, some details need to be learned carefully.
My post is standing in the square on the west side, no access to the booth.
From 8 PM to 10 PM, still on duty, guiding vehicles to park in the south lot, guiding temporary parking.
Every car that comes in has to be asked, so annoying.
Can play on the phone when there's nothing to do.
After 10 PM, the mall doors here are closed, can sit on a folding stool in the square, keep playing on the phone, fewer customers.
Half an hour after midnight, report the post via walkie-talkie, nerve-wracking.
Day and night, the flow of people is packed, many foreigners, crowds walking back and forth, quite annoying to watch.
Inside the mall are restaurants, milk tea shops, and a 24-hour spa (with a horse space), surprisingly so many customers.
Outside, no fans, and mosquitoes.
It must be scorching hot in summer, freezing in winter.
The supervisor does a three-shift patrol, patrolling at 2, 4, and 6 AM.
There’s a supervisor with mink fur who is very strict; if he catches night shift playing on the phone, he fines 100 yuan.
Going to the bathroom and getting water is also inconvenient, must report when leaving post, and have patrol personnel cover the post.
Getting water requires going to the lounge on the second basement floor, taking the elevator, about a 4-minute walk, round trip 8 minutes.
Returning to the dormitory, about 20 minutes away, in a city village, on the fourth floor, 10 team members live there, three bedrooms and one living room, no air conditioning in the living room, two toilets, shared water and electricity.
The bed boards are as fragile as thin pancakes, I’m afraid they’ll collapse when I get on.
Today is my first day, after an hour I told the team leader I want to quit, he said that’s not proper, and he’s in a difficult position.
In the afternoon, they took face scans, and in the evening, clocked in for work.
Let’s just finish today.
