This morning, the Sci-Tech Innovation Chip ETF Jiashi (588200) fluctuated at high levels. In the first half of the day, trading volume reached 3.372 billion yuan. The Communication ETF Guotai (515880) and the Securities ETF Guotai (512880) also had first-half trading volume of more than 2 billion yuan. For cross-border ETFs, the China-Korea Semiconductor ETF Huatai Bairui (513310) saw especially strong competition for funds, with first-half trading volume reaching 10.482 billion yuan.

In terms of the ETF gainers list, three Sci-Tech Innovation semiconductor equipment ETFs posted first-half gains of over 2%, leading the entire ETF market. In addition, the Green Power and Power ETFs also showed a rebound today, with first-half gains of more than 1%.

From an investment logic perspective, since 2025, the application of advanced packaging technology in logic chips, memory chips, and heterogeneous integration has been accelerating and has gradually achieved large-scale mass production. Judging from industry trends, advanced packaging is moving from high-end computing chips toward more widely applied scenarios, and the penetration rate is expected to keep rising. Overall, the coordinated evolution of advanced packaging and process technology will become an important mainline for the next phase of technological upgrades in the semiconductor industry.

Commentary: The Sci-Tech Innovation Semiconductor Equipment ETF Huatai Bairui (588710), the Sci-Tech Innovation Semiconductor ETF Huaxia (588170), and the Sci-Tech Innovation Semiconductor Equipment ETF Penghua (589020) all recorded gains of more than 2% this morning. Among them, the Huaxia (588170) Sci-Tech Innovation Semiconductor ETF has a larger scale, with its outstanding shares at 4.099 billion and its first-half trading volume at 1.022 billion yuan. Both of the above ETFs track the Shanghai Stock Exchange Sci-Tech Innovation Board Semiconductor Materials and Equipment Theme Index.
