I recently realized that I am a typical "loss aversion" type: when I have a paper profit, my mindset is as light as foam, just glance before bed and forget it;

Once I have a paper loss, even if it's just a small red on the account, my mind automatically starts replaying until dawn, clearly nothing has happened but I feel like I’ve made a mistake.
Honestly, losses feel more like a reminder that "you might have chosen the wrong option," which is more painful than just making a profit.

These days, I’ve also seen a bunch of narratives about AI Agents, automated trading, and on-chain interactions, all hyped up, but I care more about how they sign, how much permission they give...
No one talks about security, which makes me even more unable to sleep.
So I simply adjusted my goal downward: watch the market less, reduce position size, only do one small action each time, and surprisingly, I can stick with it longer, and my heart isn’t as easily pulled by paper losses.
