In April 2026, domestic media reported: Tesla FSD V14.3 has completed local adaptation in China, and official customer service stated that the process has shifted from orderly progress to completing approval work, with the approval stage entering the final sprint. This indicates a clear advance in regulatory communication.
Data Centre: Reuters and multiple media outlets reported that Tesla is pushing to establish a data center in China, using local data to train the FSD system to address data export regulatory issues; some sources say Tesla has already set up an AI training center in Shanghai and is communicating with Chinese regulators about cross-border data and local processing plans.
Micron (MU) / Qualcomm (QCOM)
The current game expectation is that China and the U.S. may engage in dialogue regarding high-tech and chip controls.
