Wu Shuo has learned that, according to Arkham monitoring, a wallet related to Bhutan has just transferred out 100 BTC, worth approximately 8.1 million USD. Arkham states that Bhutan has sold a total of about 230.39 million USD worth of BTC since the beginning of this year, currently still holding about 252 million USD worth of BTC, and is suspected of selling at a rate of about 50 million USD per month; if this rate continues, their BTC holdings could be exhausted before the end of September.
