These days, I've been watching on-chain transactions, and the more I look, the more I think that "sandwich + arbitrage" is a game where you think you're catching a bargain, but you might actually be paying a toll for others... The moment I click in, my hands get itchy, but I calm down and think: with my slippage and reaction speed, I really can't compete with those who are watching the mempool for opportunities. Of course, there are chances, but more often it's "I'm responsible for providing liquidity (and fees)." Right now, hardware wallets are out of stock, phishing links are everywhere, so I might as well pull back my hands first, avoid unfamiliar links, and rather miss out on a piece of meat than give the whole pot to someone else—it's like playing a game and paying tuition at the same time.
