Recently everyone has been checking the unlock calendar, acting like tomorrow is the end of the world... I roll my eyes, but honestly, what’s really scary isn’t the words “unlock,” it’s whether the chain you’re using can store data properly, organize it clearly, and ultimately finalize the transaction. Poor data availability = you don’t even know what happened; disorganized sorting = you think you’re in line, but you’re actually being cut in line; finality delay = you think the transaction is complete, but it’s still hanging. The terminology sounds big, but it all boils down to one main line: can I trust it to “write into the ledger and count”? Tonight, I’ll first revoke old authorizations from commonly used wallets to avoid unnecessary trouble.
