Wu reported that Telegram founder Pavel Durov announced that TON has launched a unified smart contract development toolkit called Acton. It is understood that Acton is an all-in-one command-line interface built around Tolk, aimed at replacing the previously fragmented development ecosystem. Durov stated that the new toolchain will increase development speed on the TON network by 10 times, and its architecture is "completely AI-ready," supporting easier construction and verification of smart contracts through AI.
