GPT 5.5 and Claude 4.7, after intensive use for a period of time, have been confirmed that GPT outperforms CLAUDE from multiple angles (I haven't used the API or programming, so I don't know about that aspect).
GPT's stronger points are accuracy and rigor, and it takes AI hallucinations very seriously.
The problem with CLAUDE 4.7 is that not only does it have issues with rigor, but there is also a huge difference in effort level. It was previously said to have been fixed, but it currently appears not to be, extremely lazy.
