Ray Dalio said Bitcoin is not functioning as a safe-haven asset. Ray Dalio said Bitcoin lacks privacy, has high correlation with tech stocks, and has a small market size. Michael Saylor said Bitcoin is digital capital and suitable as a global collateral asset. Michael Saylor also said Bitcoin has outperformed gold since MicroStrategy began its reserve strategy in August 2020.
