Strategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor stated in an interview with CoinDesk that even if the company sells some Bitcoin in the future to pay dividends, the overall impact will be "insignificant" because the amount of Bitcoin the company plans to buy still far exceeds the potential sale volume. He also responded to external criticism about "buying at Bitcoin's all-time high," saying the company is exchanging more Bitcoin through equity swaps when MSTR's stock is at its highest premium to increase its Bitcoin holdings per share. Saylor also mentioned that Strategy will dynamically adjust its capital market operations based on BTC yield and the credit status of the balance sheet, and stated that its STRC perpetual preferred stock structure can continue to provide financing capacity in a bear market environment.
