Nio has introduced an aftermarket assisted driving indicator light upgrade service for Chinese customers, effective April 27, 2026, to enhance the experience of existing vehicles. This upgrade, costing 998 yuan ($146) with a 10 yuan deposit discount, features a dual-color light design for turn signals and a blue light for seven assisted driving scenarios. It is compatible with several older Nio models, bringing a feature that is becoming standard on newly launched EVs.
