Golden Finance reports that OpenAI will acquire a consulting firm to participate in a new joint venture supported by private equity, promoting its artificial intelligence software’s application in more enterprises. OpenAI stated that it has agreed to acquire consulting and engineering firm Tomoro to assist the new entity “OpenAI Deployment Company,” which will have about 150 employees focused on AI software deployment. This move is the latest effort by AI model developers to get more corporate clients to pay for the technology they have invested billions of dollars to develop.
