Just checked the latest Tronscan data and Tron's Q4 numbers are pretty impressive. They processed close to a billion transactions in that quarter alone - 994 million to be exact. That's a solid 16.5% jump from the previous quarter, which shows consistent momentum on the network.
What caught my eye was the daily peak though. On October 28th, the network hit 12.6 million transactions in a single day. That's pretty significant for any blockchain to handle that kind of volume without major issues.
Tron's been quietly building serious throughput. These kinds of transaction numbers definitely put it in a different category when you compare it to other networks. Worth keeping an eye on how they maintain this pace going forward.
