Galaxy Says 7 Senate Democrats Could Be Key to CLARITY Act Markup

Galaxy Digital said seven Democratic lawmakers on the US Senate Banking Committee could be key to advancing the CLARITY Act at Thursday’s markup. Kara Calvert, vice president of US policy at Coinbase, said at Consensus 2026 that the bill would need at least 60 Senate votes and bipartisan support to become law.
