Recently, the Wall Street Journal reported that the movements of the U.S. military have once again attracted considerable attention. The Pentagon's recent actions are quite significant, directly dispatching three warships and thousands of additional Marine Corps soldiers to the Middle East.

Specifically, the amphibious assault group from California's USS BOXER and 2,200 to 2,500 Marine Corps personnel from the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit are heading to the U.S. Central Command base. This command is responsible for overseeing U.S. military operations across the entire Middle East region. Notably, this is the second large-scale deployment of U.S. forces within the past week.

A week earlier, the Pentagon had already sent the USS TRIPOLI stationed in Japan and the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit to the area. It appears that U.S. military troop movements in the Middle East are quite frequent.

Interestingly, Trump stated just a day before this report was released that there are no current plans to deploy ground troops in Iran. However, based on the current military deployments, the U.S. presence in the Middle East is indeed continuously strengthening. Such large-scale troop movements often signal changes in regional stability and warrant ongoing attention.
