I just saw some news that the National Development and Reform Commission recently issued a ban on foreign investment acquiring the Manus project, requiring the cancellation of this transaction. It appears to be a decision made in accordance with the law by the foreign investment security review department.

For foreign acquisitions involving strategic resources, the government will definitely scrutinize them strictly. Projects like Manus are probably related to some sensitive areas, which is why they are being prohibited.

It seems that lately, such review cases are increasing, and the regulation of foreign investment entry is indeed tightening. What do you think about this trend?
