NiceHash has partnered with Marathon Digital to release a new mining firmware.


From a miner's perspective, it's quite good news, with the firmware fee being only 2%, and if you use NiceHash as the default pool, it drops to 1.4%.
They seem genuinely focused on optimizing mining profits.
Since this is tailored for NiceHash's cloud-based mining platform, it improves efficiency for existing miners.
It's interesting to see such collaborations emerge as the Bitcoin mining market becomes more competitive, but we'll have to try it ourselves to see how much the actual profit improvement is.
