American digital asset infrastructure companies are accelerating their movements. Recently, Promesium completed an additional $23 million funding round from wealthy investors and institutional investor groups.

What’s noteworthy is how this capital will be used. Promesium aims to expand the market through partnerships with existing securities firms. Specifically, they plan to provide digital asset settlement services to U.S. securities companies, creating an environment where customers can trade digital assets from regular securities accounts. Furthermore, a strategy to accelerate the issuance and circulation of blockchain-based digital native securities and tokenized securities is also emerging.

In fact, Promesium completed a $20 million funding round last December. The rapid succession of funding rounds in a short period indicates high market demand and investor confidence in the company's business model.

The fusion of traditional financial infrastructure and blockchain technology is likely to become a future market trend. An approach that leverages existing securities networks to integrate digital assets is highly compatible with regulatory environments and can lower barriers to entry for institutional investors. The developments of companies like Promesium may serve as indicators of the overall maturity of the digital asset market.
