Deep Tide TechFlow News: On May 11, Monday morning local time, Trump said that he watched CBS News’ “60 Minutes” interview with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, calling the program “quite good,” but he disagreed with Netanyahu’s claim that “no one can fully foresee Iran blocking the Strait of Hormuz.” Trump replied, “I can foresee it. I know they will close the strait. That is their only weapon. Now it isn’t much of a weapon anymore, but it’s still their only weapon.” He also said that if it weren’t for previously providing help to some countries and responding to related requests, the U.S. could have kept the strait open through the “Freedom Plan.” He added that if needed, the U.S. could restart similar actions and even take “stronger measures.” (Jinshi)
