There is news that NVIDIA's market capitalization has once again surpassed $5 trillion. It seems that on April 24th, the stock price surged by over 4% at the close of trading. Over the past few months, reaching this level has been a rare occurrence.

Honestly, seeing the explosive growth in AI demand, this trend seems like a natural outcome. The global demand for computing power continues to be unstoppable. As the entire semiconductor market approaches a trillion dollars, the production capacity of high-end AI chips is still far from sufficient.

The lease prices for NVIDIA's high-end GPUs are also skyrocketing, and the costs for cloud services and hardware are rising simultaneously. In other words, the entire industry is facing the same challenge of a shortage of computing power. As the adoption speed of generative AI accelerates, this demand gap is unlikely to be resolved in the near term.

What’s interesting is that movements are also happening domestically. DeepSeek-V4 has been officially released, and compatibility with Huawei Ascend's computing power has been achieved. The domestic computing capability ecosystem is rapidly maturing.

This has the potential to introduce a new competitive landscape in the computing power market, which has been dominated by NVIDIA. However, given NVIDIA's current market capitalization and market position, it is likely to maintain an overwhelming advantage in the short term. In the long run, the evolution of the entire industry's computing power supply system will be closely watched.
