Just read that Singapore's been cracking down hard on crypto scams. Their police anti-fraud unit wrapped up a month-long operation and managed to intercept over S$2.86 million in fraudulent funds. Pretty significant number.

According to reports from local media, they worked with their cyber team and several exchanges to track down different types of scams - impersonation, investment schemes, romance scams, job offers, the usual suspects. They did like 90 interventions in total, both offline and online. Used on-chain analytics tools to trace the money.

What's interesting is how much they emphasized the importance of cross-agency coordination and info sharing between government and private platforms. Seems like that's what actually made the difference. They're saying they'll keep ramping up cooperation to tackle crypto-related fraud more systematically. Makes sense given how prevalent these scams are becoming.
