Yuga Labs has changed CEOs again, this time Greg Solano is moving from CEO to Chairman of the Board, and the new CEO is Michael Figge. Honestly, such executive rotations are common in Web3 companies, but Solano took over less than two years ago and is already replaced, which feels a bit quick.

However, it seems to be a planned adjustment. Figge has been with Yuga Labs since 2021, previously serving as Chief Product Officer, and has already been trialing the CEO position for a few weeks. Solano also specifically mentioned that Figge performed well on the Otherside metaverse project, indicating that this person truly has some skills in product thinking.

It feels like Yuga Labs is making talent pipeline adjustments, with Greg Solano moving upward and Figge also advancing, hoping to bring new growth points to the BAYC IP. Not sure how effective this move will be; it's worth watching.
