The plan proposes submitting for review and revision by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress the Regulations on the Protection of Integrated Circuit Layout Designs and the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, and preparing to review the draft Space Law, formulate satellite navigation regulations, airspace management regulations, and textbook management regulations, revise the Implementing Regulations of the Copyright Law, the Regulations on the Protection of Traditional Chinese Medicine Varieties, and the Implementing Regulations of the Cultural Relics Protection Law.
