In 2025, China Guangfa Bank conscientiously implements the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the guidance of the “Five Major Articles,” continuously exploring innovation potential, strengthening product and service innovation, and fully accelerating digital and intelligent transformation. The bank aims to continuously enhance core competitiveness, actively serve the sustainable development of the economy and society, and inject financial innovation momentum into cultivating new quality productivity.

完善数字化运营体系与管理能力,明确以“深化数字业务成效、强化服务实体经济能力”作为2025年度工作主线,并制定《广发银行2025年数字金融工作方案》,系统推动金融产品与业务数字化升级。编制“科技与业务融合”专题工作方案,建立“横向协同、纵向贯通”的双向融合机制,充分激发组织活力,提升科技业务融合效能。制定“十五五”数字化转型规划,形成“数智广发”和“生态广发”两条建设主线,明确“以数据要素和人工智能为驱动引擎,以生态场景数字化服务为切入点,以敏捷合规安全为基石”的路径,力争将金融科技打造成为广发银行核心竞争优势之一。

Guangfa Bank continues to strengthen the capacity building of its product and service system, focusing on customer needs and market trends, launching diversified and intelligent financial solutions, and continuously optimizing service processes and deepening scene integration. This effectively improves customer experience and the quality and efficiency of key financial services. Projects such as the retail credit management platform, intelligent customer service system, and industry center mobile app have been completed, and the HuiLianTong series products have been launched, accelerating the landing of CIPS innovative products. The bank is expanding its industry cloud ecosystem, creating digital ecological products such as digital assets, financial treasury, and GuangHuiTong, focusing on customer pain points to provide solutions, supporting branches in customer acquisition, customer retention, and increasing income and deposits. In 2025, Guangfa Bank’s distributed core project for credit cards was awarded the second prize in Fintech Development by the People’s Bank of China.

Guangfa Bank actively introduces open-source large models and conducts in-depth research and application practices. By systematically advancing computing power infrastructure, model development, and platform tool innovation, the bank comprehensively enhances the integration and application of AI technology across various business fields. An AI center portal has been launched, offering AI products such as intelligent reports, intelligent inquiries, and intelligent diagramming tools. AI applications are promoted in operations, large retail, risk control, and compliance, with 158 application scenarios including knowledge Q&A, office assistance, customer profiling analysis, marketing plan development, credit review, customer risk analysis, and anti-money laundering due diligence, supporting process optimization and grassroots workload reduction. Meanwhile, large model technology is used to assist in technological R&D, covering demand analysis, system design, coding and testing, and production operations, strongly promoting the evolution of business toward intelligence and efficiency.

The China Life 2026 work conference proposed the development strategy of “comprehensively advancing digital and intelligent transformation, focusing on shaping future China Life,” and Guangfa Bank will implement the overall deployment of China Life’s digital and intelligent transformation, deepening the implementation of the group’s “333 Strategy,” and promoting digital and intelligent transformation across the entire chain, full scope, and full ecosystem. With data elements and artificial intelligence as key drivers, the bank will continuously improve technological governance and risk prevention capabilities, build a technology support system centered on value creation, and strive to lead in digital and intelligent transformation.
