Trump Says U.S. May Resume Freedom Plan in Strait of Hormuz
Trump said the United States may resume the “Freedom Plan” operation to guide stranded vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. Trump said the United States could add extra measures if the operation returns. Trump also said he expected a response from Iran later that evening on a U.S.-proposed bilateral agreement.
