Five departments promote the "one matter" joint acceptance of construction projects

Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and four other departments issued the “Implementation Opinions on Deepening the ‘One-Stop’ Joint Acceptance of Construction Projects” on the 11th, to promote the efficient handling of joint acceptance for new, reconstructed (including decoration and renovation), expanded housing construction projects, municipal infrastructure projects, and other construction projects. The implementation opinions require promoting joint acceptance of project completion and acceptance filing, fire safety acceptance (filing), planning verification and land verification, civil air defense project completion acceptance, construction project archives acceptance, fire safety inspection before the public gathering places are put into use or operated, etc., to achieve process optimization, parallel processing, and improved quality and efficiency, continuously enhancing government service efficiency and optimizing the business environment. The implementation opinions stipulate that by the end of October 2026, the “one-window acceptance,” joint inspection, and one-network processing for construction project joint acceptance will be realized. By the end of June 2027, efforts will be made to achieve efficient cross-departmental and cross-level sharing and real-time feedback of construction project acceptance data, promote coordinated approval services and supervision during and after the process, and explore intelligent supervision and seamless supervision.
