Strategy increases holdings by 535 Bitcoin, with a total position of 818,869 coins.
Techub News reports, according to crypto.news, Michael Saylor announced that Strategy increased its holdings by approximately 43 million USD to acquire 535 Bitcoin, with an average purchase price of about 80,340 USD. As of May 10, the total holdings of the institution reached 818,869 coins, with a total investment of approximately 61.86 billion USD, an average cost of 75,540 USD, and a Bitcoin yield of 9.4% for the year. This increase occurred after recent discussions about possibly selling Bitcoin to pay dividends, with the founder previously stating that even if he sold one coin, he would buy 10 to 20 coins. The institution reported a net loss of 12.54 billion USD in the first quarter, mainly related to Bitcoin holdings impairment, with the last purchase on April 27 of 3,273 coins.
