has now completed a full review of historical Credits usage records to further improve that experience.
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗔𝗦 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗
During the review process, the team identified that some earlier frontend usage displays did not fully reflect all Credits cost components, particularly certain cache-related charges.
As a result, some users mainly saw:
→ input token usage
→ output token usage
without complete visibility into the full Credits consumption structure.
The historical reconciliation process has now fully corrected those discrepancies.
𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
To improve the overall user experience, will automatically distribute Credits compensation to affected accounts under a more user-friendly adjustment policy.

May 1, 2026 00:00 → May 3, 2026 03:00 (SGT)
No application is required.
Users only need to check their account balances for updates.
Compensation Credits will remain valid for:
→ 30 days from distribution date
