Ripple's subsidiary Ripple Prime has secured a $200 million asset-backed debt financing facility provided by asset management firm Neuberger Berman to expand its margin lending business targeting institutional investors. The financing will support clients in leveraged trading across stocks, fixed income, and crypto markets. Ripple stated that the actual available credit line will depend on the borrowing needs of institutional clients. (Bloomberg)
