just saw some Revolut users got absolutely wild prices on bitcoin earlier this week lol. like we're talking 2 cents per BTC kind of wild. obviously fake but still crazy to see that kind of crypto glitch happen on a major app. the price snapped back quick though, so most people didn't actually get filled at those levels. makes you wonder what's happening behind the scenes when something like this happens. Revolut said it was a third-party provider issue that got fixed, but still sketchy. meanwhile bitcoin's trading normal around 80k+ on actual exchanges so this was definitely just a platform-side pricing error or liquidity problem. the crypto glitch really shows why you need to be careful with smaller platforms sometimes. seen this kind of thing happen before on other apps but never quite this extreme. what's wild is some people claim they actually got orders through at those prices but nobody can really verify it. if that actually happened Revolut would have some serious explaining to do. anyway just a reminder that even established apps can have these kinds of issues. not saying don't use them but definitely keep an eye on what you're seeing on your screen
