Today I saw a rental dispute, and it’s really outrageous.
A person renting in Jiangsu signed a one-year contract, and has only lived there for 4 months.
They were living well, but suddenly the landlord wants to kick them out.
What’s even more ridiculous is that he not only wants the tenant to move out, but also refuses to refund the deposit, and doesn’t want to pay any compensation.
